We despatch daily, orders placed in the morning on a Mon-Fri will be despatched the same day.

Next working day may not be available to Parts of Scotlands, Highlands and offshore, please check if urgent.  

Working days are Monday to Friday and excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.  Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isles and Offshore are all surcharge area's, please scroll down postage tab and select correct delivery fee's.  Next working day delivery is available (excludes Parts of Scotland, Highlands and Offshore), please select this in checkout. We despatch daily, payment must be received before the stated cut off time for next day delivery, if you pay after despatch your item will be despatch on the next available day via next working day service. We will process your order as quickly as possible. BFPO need to email first, item must be small and light for post office despatch.   If a next day delivery does not arrive on time, we will refund the extra delivery fee.  If you wish to cancel any order after despatch, you will be responsible for the return postage fee.
There are a small number of items that we are unable to deliver to Highlands/Offshore and 
Scottish Highlands includes postcodes: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54. IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50.

Scottish Islands includes postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

These postcodes are surcharge area's and excluded from the next day service, along with all Isles, Northern Ireland and Offshore.  Next day service is 99.8% reliable.

Someone will need to be available to sign and receive the goods.   In checkout you will be asked for a billing address and also a delivery address. You may enter your works address or a friend’s address for delivery. Alternatively there is a section in checkout where you can add a short note to the courier. i.e., leave with neighbour/leave in porch/garage. By doing so, you agree to accept responsibility for the parcel once it's been left where asked. 

Once items are despatched we can NOT change the delivery address.  

We ask that you check your order on the day of delivery and email if there are any problems.  If you notice any damage to the boxes on delivery, it is important that you mark the drivers sheet as "damaged" or a similar description.  It is rare that an item is damaged, outer packing boxes usually protect the goods inside, but please check your order & report any damage to us with 24 hours so we can raise a claim with the carrier. 

We use two different delivery services. They are Royal Mail for small light items, if you are out the postman will leave a card and you can collect from your Local Depot. The second is a Courier Service. If you are out the courier will leave a card with further instructions on to allow you to re arrange the delivery to a suitable day. They will only attempt to deliver once more and then you may have to collect from a local depot or pay extra for a re-delivery. You will have approx 5 days after the failed delivery to re arrange collection before the parcel is returned to us. If the goods are refused on delivery or returned to us, you will be refunded minus the original postage fee and the extra fee incurred for the failed delivery.

Customers are advised that when buying online, we are reliant on 3rd party delivery services.  Next day service is 99.8% reliable, on the rare occasion that a delivery problem occurs, we will endeavour to resolve it as quickly as possible and refund the extra cost paid for the service paid for but not received, but unfortunately we can't be responsible for any late delivery or any consequential losses. This is a risk the customers must take when purchasing online. It is always best to place your order early, allowing plenty of time to avoid any unforeseen delays.

Do you have a next working day option?

Yes, most items are available on a next working day delivery. Please read the postage section on the item you wish to purchase.  Please scroll down the postage bar to select the correct postage required.

Next working day is Mon to Friday. If you order on Friday morning, next working day delivery will be on Monday. Friday pm orders and Saturday/Sunday/Monday am orders, if you select next working day, delivery will be Tuesday. We have a cut off time for same day despatch, this is shown next to the next day option. If you buy after this time, we will still try to get your order in that days despatch but it’s not guaranteed and your order may not be despatched until the next working day.  These postcodes are excluded from the next day service, IV3-40, IV52-53, IV63, KW1-14, PA20-40, PH19-40, PH50 along with all Isles and Offshore.

Can I have a morning/afternoon or Saturday delivery?

Can I pay by invoice on a Pro Forma basis?

Yes, you can go through checkout as normal and at the payment section you just select “Purchase Order”. You will not be asked for any other payment details and will be issued with an order number. A Pro Forma invoice will then be faxed/emailed or posted to you. We will save your order until your payment arrives and dispatch it soon after. Please note, we can not send any orders until the payment is with us.

Do you have a retail shop or a brochure?

We are internet based and do not have retail shop. We do not currently have a brochure but we keep the internet site up to date daily and you are welcome to print the pages.

I live outside your delivery area.  Can I send my own Courier?

No, I'm afraid we can't allow other couriers to collect on your behalf.  By allowing this, we will not have any insurance if the items do not arrive with you or arrive damaged.
